Frequently Asked Questions

Q: Which iPad Pro models is this soft PET screen protector compatible with?

A: This Zpaxo Soft PET Screen Protector is designed for the iPad Pro 12.9" and is compatible with all generations — 1st, 2nd, 3rd, 4th, 5th, and 6th generation models. Always verify your iPad Pro generation before purchasing to ensure the best fit.

Q: What is the difference between a soft PET film and a tempered glass screen protector?

A: Soft PET film protectors are thin, flexible, and lightweight. They offer a smooth or matte surface that is ideal for Apple Pencil use and natural touch interaction. A: Clean your iPad Pro 12.9" screen thoroughly before application. Peel the film slowly from one edge and carefully lay it down across the screen, pressing gently from the center outward to push out any air bubbles. No tools are required — the flexible film makes installation straightforward.

A: This screen protector is available in 2 color/finish options, so you can choose the look and feel that works best for your style and usage habits.
