Frequently Asked Questions

Q: How does the 5m split cable solar wall light work?

A: The solar panel and the LED light body are connected by a 5-metre cable. This split design lets you mount the solar panel on a south-facing roof or wall in direct sunlight while placing the lamp in a shaded or more convenient location — maximising charging efficiency and lighting placement flexibility.

Q: Is the CXWON solar wall light truly waterproof for outdoor use?

A: Yes. The light carries an IP65 waterproof rating, meaning it is fully protected against dust ingress and low-pressure water jets from any direction. It is suitable for year-round outdoor use in gardens, garages, balconies, and driveways.

Q: How long does the battery last on a full charge?

A: After approximately 6 hours of adequate sunlight, the built-in lithium battery powers the light for 8–10 hours. Higher-capacity models (up to 5200 mAh) extend runtime further, especially in Mode 1 or Mode 3 where full brightness is used less frequently.

Q: Can I control the light without walking up to it?

A: Absolutely. The light comes with a remote control that lets you switch between the three color temperatures, change sensing modes, and adjust brightness — all from a comfortable distance. There is also a physical button on the light body itself for manual control.

Q: What certifications does this solar wall light have?

A: The CXWON Solar LED Wall Light is certified to CE, FCC, GS, and RoHS standards, confirming it meets international safety and environmental compliance requirements.
