How to Copy Your Remote

Step 1 — Clear Existing Data

Simultaneously press and hold the UP and DOWN (or LOCK/UNLOCK) buttons until the LED indicator flashes rapidly. Release the buttons — all stored data is now cleared. No buttons will light the LED until new data is copied.

Step 2 — Copy Each Button

Hold the original remote and the new copy remote as close together as possible (ideally back-to-back for remotes with lower transmit power). Press the button on the original remote that you wish to copy, then press the corresponding button on the new remote. The LED will flash quickly to confirm a successful copy. Repeat for each button. If a copy does not work correctly, clear the data and repeat the process in an area free from wireless interference.
